Founded as “Direct Data Capture, Ltd.,” in 1989, The DDC Group began as a pioneer in business process outsourcing with a commitment to robust data management and innovation.
Initially focused on providing data entry services to businesses across different sectors, the company’s first mission was to solve challenges for companies in managing large volumes of data by providing services to deliver accuracy and efficiency, beginning in areas such as forms processing, back office support, and document management. Since then, DDC has expanded both geographically and in the range of services it offers, with 8,200 team members and counting serving clients from offices in the Americas to Europe and Asia.
