About the client: A publisher of the largest Dutch weekly magazine, and a bi-weekly TV/radio magazine for satellite/dish subscribers, which has a print circulation of 1.1 million copies and an overall reach of 3 million people.

After realizing the need to scale and streamline its back-end subscription processes, the publisher required full, or partial outsourcing of its mail processing, and data-entry activities related to administration.

DDC Europe custom-designed a hybrid, near-shore solution with multimedia response handling, sorting and batching of all subscription related documents, along with offshore production of its data entry activities. With little set up time needed for production, DDC Europe was already processing batches of information within a month of negotiations.
