Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, DDC North America boasts a strong team with more experience than anyone else in the industry. Decades in project management, data entry, claims processing, finance and accounting fields have equipped DDC North America with an expertise in not just data processing, but achieving significant, tangible results for our world class clientele.

Get to know the DDC North America management team:

Art Zipkin, President

Art graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. After graduation, Art spent some time managing operations and new business initiatives for Milliken & Company, John Harland Company (now Harland Clarke), IMTECH, Input Services and Lason.

Art joined The DDC Group in 2003 and helped to develop some of the company's first US-based BPO clients out of its Atlanta operation and has led the company through exponential growth in the AP, freight, insurance and shared services markets.

Art became President of The DDC Group North America in 2012. Through the years, he has formed strong partnerships with leaders across industries, and he has witnessed DDC's North American clientele grow exponentially "one degree of separation" at a time.

Marissa Crotty, CFO/President of Finance & Administration

Before joining The DDC Group, Marissa took her Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin to the legal field in the U.S. Virgin Islands. After becoming a part of the DDC family in 2006, she moved back to the continental U.S. and also served as the Manager of Finance for the Center for the Arts Evergreen in Colorado. Today, she is the very focused and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer, dotting the i's and crossing the t's of all North American finances and operations for The DDC Group. As a member of the executive management team, Marissa works closely with state-side DDC President of Sales Art Zipkin as well as the global Group's CEO Jan Trevalyan.

Marissa is also a 2010 Pastry Arts honors graduate from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.  In addition to all things culinary, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with her family.  As an avid advocate for wild lands and wild animals, a cause that Marissa is a frequent participant and long-time supporter of is WildEarth Guardians.

Teresa Peyton, Vice President of Operations

Teresa Peyton joined The DDC Group in 2013. She brings over 20 years of leadership in data processing and application development for the accounts payable, freight, and medical industries.

Teresa has extensive experience in managing global data processing projects and teams for today's leading corporations. At DDC, she works closely with the IT development team to design high-performance business solutions of an international scope for some of the company’s world-class clientele.

In her spare time, Teresa enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching football, and going to the beach.


Chad Crotty, Vice President of Sales

Before Chad Crotty came on board with DDC in 2010, he developed markets for premier brands in the highly competitive alcohol industry in the U.S. Virgin Islands, including MillerCoors and Absolut. The DDC Group's freight-focused division, DDC FPO, has seen a 50% growth in new clients and double-digit growth annually since Chad joined the team.

He now lives in Colorado with his wife and newborn son, Roan, running the DDC FPO headquarters out of Evergreen. Having been active in the Denver Transportation Club for several years attending meetings and events, Chad is a recently elected member of the DTC Board of Directors. When Chad isn't on the phone with clients or at a key industry event, he can be found hiking or biking the local trails, snowboarding, camping, white water rafting or even fly-fishing.

Quetura Hudson, Vice President of Project Management

Prior to joining The DDC Group’s North American project management team in 2006, Quetura managed data entry and processing teams in the non-profit sector at Grizzard Communications Group.

Since her career with DDC began, Quetura has collaborated with many of the company's other departments as well as offshore divisions to develop solution offerings for freight, HR, banking and medical clientele.

In addition to overseeing the North American projects, Quetura works closely with the company’s human resources team to implement “team building” initiatives for employees of The DDC Group's North American headquarters in Atlanta.

Quetura graduated Magna Cum Laude from Albany State University with a BS in Allied Health Science Administration. Outside of DDC, she loves to spend time with her family and friends and likes to exercise.

Dan Kaiser, Vice President of IT

Dan Kaiser graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in computer science from Wilmington College in Ohio. After spending some time self-employed and starting his own business, Information Management Solutions and Services, Dan joined The DDC Group in 2007.

Today, Dan runs the DDC IT department and works hand-in-hand with our VP of Project Development Teresa Peyton to custom-design all client solutions. He writes original software and builds applications from the ground up, his specialty being Business Process Automation applications. Dan also brainstorms with other IT moguls in the industry to find synergies between customers and create unique, collaborative solutions. When he does get a spare moment of free time, Dan enjoys sports and fishing.
