Kantar required product and pricing information collected from shopper till receipts received in a variety of formats, both in size, shape and content. Speed and accuracy of data capture were of paramount importance.

Solution:
DDC provided a hybrid, cost-effective solution with onshore sorting and scanning of the till receipts and offshore manual capture with a custom set of strict validation rules. The files are then returned to the client via FTP within a 24-hour period for critical reporting.
